Programme Test Manager (Capital Markets) – Dublin

The Client:

Our client, a leading bank in the Ireland is looking for highly motivated and experienced Programme Test Manager to work in Ireland.

This is what you are expected to have:

  • Self-motivated, team player with 7+ years of experience as Test Manager and 10+ years Testing Experience
  • Ability to take ownership of Test Management for component parts of a wider overall solution, working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work within an overall Programme Test Strategy while managing the test delivery of a component solution based on a specific Test Approach
  • Experience in managing SIT / E2E Testing
  • Experience working with Business SMEs for different test phases
  • Good knowledge on end-to-end complex data conversions, transformation logics and data modelling
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills with the ability to provide clear metrics and report on test progress and defect position
  • Ability to identify blocking issues and manage and escalate to right level where required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a keen ability to work with all parties with a view of getting the job done in a co-operative fashion
  • Knowledge of JIRA for managing defects & requirements
  • Provide Walkthrough to the business and dev team on test scenarios & test cases.
  • Execute all test cases and upload quality results in approved Test management tool- Jira.
  • Update Test preparation, execution status in test management tool- Jira.
  • Ensure test artefacts are delivered as per assigned timelines with high quality.
  • Provide inputs on status and closure reports.
  • Raise requests for support from dev teams and other stakeholders.
